I need a professional CRO specialist.

I am a solo musician who performs for weddings, birthday and anniversary parties, senior homes, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, cocktail hours, ceremonies, etc…. I recently redesigned my website and moved to a Wordpress platform. This is not an ecommerce site.

I am receiving traffic through solid on and off-page SEO practices, but am not receiving conversions. I believe that the core site is solid but has some fundamental usability/design issues that a CRO specialist who is Wordpress design-savvy may be able to identify and come up with some easy solutions.

I am seeking a CRO specialist who can evaluate the key pages of my website, make specific design/usability recommendations, and if possible, actually make those design changes for me as part of their proposal. I am open to an hourly arrangement as well, as long as the professional can provide a reasonably accurate project cost. As a musician, I am on a shoestring budget, so please be kind.
