I need a custom header for magento2

I need someone to help me customise a header in magento2.

The theme extends the Luma theme, and i want someone to make me the necessary directories and file overrides that will make the header as the demo screenshot.
Inside the project directories of "app/code and app/design" we need to create the xml and phtml files, to override the vendor designs.

You will be given access to a private Github repo, in which you will commit the needed directories and files.
Development of this task will take place on your own local installation of Magento 2.
Once the Header layout looks like the attached image, and its working inside the project, then I will release the payment.
