Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
Our website uses Joomla and has been working fine and people have been able to make purchases for a long period of time.
Now, when you click on a 'Checkout' icon on our website then it freezes. The circular timing logo just goes round and round. I have a Pay Pal account that it should go through to.

I have attached a screenshot (in a Word doc) of where the problem occurs.

    Hello Martin,
    You will need to provide more information for to avoid continual guessing games. eg Joomla/VM/plugin versions, which browsers have problems (ie all browsers or just IE or Safari) etc.
