HTML5 online design & print functionality with e-commerce

I need a quote to create a webpage which allows a user to create a design using their own colours, type and logo, then pay for this to be printed. The client already has an e-commerce provider that they wish to use.

The online application will then send a copy of the design to the user and a ready-to-print PDF to the service provider. I envisage this service being created using HTML5, but am open to other suggested solutions. This service will be bolted into an existing website.
