Hi, i need a magento expert to install a theme over an existing theme.

Description: Hi,
I originally had a magento designer on PPH install a theme for me for which they said they had a licence. However i have just discovered they have installed a previous version of the theme and i cannot update the theme as the designer has gone. The theme developers cant help as the need information on the buyer?

I have the following theme:

and i am missing the category blocks such as fashion & electronis from the menu here:

I am prepared to purchase the theme again for future updates and the current version etc. Or if someone has an extended licence that would be better.
