Fixes and customization in existing Shopify

I have an existing store on development and I am requiring some particular fixes.


1. We need to fix the possibility to add 4 options of products. We were able to with an app but we try ty to add 4 variantes, the description of the product is removed
2. We need to add a line jump after the label of product option
3. We need to modify the headers to have different image in each of pages
4. Have you used Happy Checkout? Any similar free app? https://apps.shopify.com/happy-ending?surface_detail=restaurant&surface_inter_position=1&surface_intra_position=23&surface_type=search
6. We need to change template behavior when clicking add to cart, to open cart drawer, now it opens a pop up
7. Any ideas to add a specific delivery date and time?
