Fix Magento Website Issues

General information for the website: We sell online kitchen
Description of requirements/features:

1. Banner not rolling in mobile phone (responsive mode) as in original website. Fix. Check www.kombo.no. User: kombo Pass: trygghet2016

2. Lines showing when scrolling down on START HER pop up wizard. Click on START HER on top menu and scroll down to see the problem. Fix.

3. Center the 3 boxes on this page: http://www.kombo.no/handleogpriser/ and vertical align the logos instead so all 4 logos (icons) show on one line. Can provide Illustrator file if needed. Must still work in responsive mode of site.

4. Front page button icon: START HER is not linking to pop up box as on the link on top menu on front page. Change in home box Norway CMS block so it works.

5. Change available fields in Front og farge drop down list on this page [url removed, login to view] to be:
Kategori 1, Kategori 2, Kategori 3
Remove existing fields Standard, Håndtaksløs, Full vegg XL, Avantgarde.
