Fix-it wanted for a failing E-commerce website

I am looking for someone who can repair and turn a failing e-commerce website into one that generates income via affiliate products, linking and e-newsletters.

I am a newbie to e-commerce sites. A few months ago, I naively bought a website off a company selling e-commerce sites. I haven't a clue how to get it up and running so it can generate income.

I would like to work to a fixed timescale. I am flexible and negotiable. Can you nurse this failing website back to health and riches? Many thanks, Tim
