A have a customer in Opencart who is a special 'Customer Group' customer.
He has been a customer for many years and places regular orders. We installed an extension on Friday (which has now been uninstalled. Since we have installed that extension, he cannot place orders. We have an error message 'Your country is outside our standard shipping zones - click here to receive a custom shipping quote.'
The customer is in France. We can ship to others customers in France no problem, it only seems to be on his account.
When I try updating his account in opencart I am unable to with message 'Warning: Please check the form carefully for errors!' - I have checked and every field has information so I cannot understand what has happened.
Has anyone come across this problem before and can they help resolve ASAP?
