Export product details from magento site

We would like a CSV of all of the product data within our Magento site. The CSV should contain all of the products (whether simple, grouped or configurable). We will need some specific information shown in the CSV, as follows:
-SKU
-Categories (Categories and all sub categories)
-Price
-Name
-Description
-Enabled (1 or 0)
-Type (Simple, Grouped, Cofigurable)

I have attached an example of the key information we need.

Of course any other information is welcome, just so long as the key info is there as per the example and so long as each product (grouped, configuarble or otherwise) has only one row each. e.g. we don't want options appearing and forcing the CSV to have empty cells on rows except for a few SKUs tucked away at the end of the CSV.
