Ecommerce website for the primate conservation field

Hello. I need a website made that allows members to sign up and join and essentially have their own store within an ecommerce site, so the site would be designed to have unlimited members join and sell. The programmer would need to code it so I received a small transaction fee from each sale. Etsy.com is a good example of this in terms of multiple sellers on an ecommerce site versus one seller such as just myself. The site is being created as part of my MSc in Primate Conservation project so I would be writing some of the web content but I need the design and functionality created, and I can come up with copy. Additional aspects of the site will be having a conversation thread available for a monthly question that allows posts, a news/action center, education center where articles could be posted, and some other standard, average web content to fill out the other tabs. I've attached a more detailed spec sheet. As this is a very important project and my University degree depends upon completion of the site (however my thesis and my subject is not related to programming therefore it is not outsourcing my work), please only contact me if you are great with deadlines, can have weekly skype or phone calls, and are an advanced programmer.
