ECommerce One Page with cart in sidebar

I have a client who needs a one page shop and cart to replace a cloud based implementation they have at the moment

They want to change to eliminate the current charges to the cloud service.

I usually use WoCommerce for projet but am open to another platform once it delivers what is needed.

You need to explain to me how you will implement this before I award as it needs to be complete by Thursday.
