Ecommerce form

I am designing a website using Serif Webplus10. I am happy with my design and do not need any help there.
I sell personally embroidered clothes.
This is what I want.

When a client places an order on the site these are some of the steps they will go through.

1. Choose an item to purchase (that could be a hat, shirt etc.)
2. Choose the colour of the item.
3. Choose what text they want embroidered on the item.
4. Choose what font they would like the text to appear in.(they are offered a choice of say 8 different Fonts. Arial, Times etc.)
5. Choose the colour thread they want us to use in the embroidery.
6. Choose a design they want embroidered on the item.

I can create a form to do all of the above no problem.
Here is what I am looking for.

At stage 3 above where the client inputs the text they want to appear on the item, I want the following to happen:
Either A:
A number of text boxes appear showing samples of the inserted text in all of the different font options.
Or B:
A picture of the item they are about to buy appears with a sample of the text in the font they have chosen placed on the item.

This job can be done remotely and the the script or html emailed on to me.

Thats it. Hope I made this clear. Its so much more difficult to explain when your not face to face.
