E commerce web shop required

I require a brand new website including a webshop to promote my business. We sell custom skins for games console and other items like laptops, Ipods, and general decals. I want a site that allows buyers to either buy stock items, or design their own skins and submit the design. I have seen a site www.uniqueskins.com that uses Auctiva canvas, I like that, also skinit.com and sontin.co.uk are sites that show what I wish to acheive. I also require an affiliate system for resellers and a refer a friend system for viral marketing.
