E Commerce Web Designer Required

Tots and Rockers is a high quality baby and children's toys & accessories boutique. We stock wooden educational toys, games, puzzles and activities. Other products include stylish bibs, dummies, footmuffs, blankets, baby bags and nursery and children's bed linens. We are currently looking at shop premises in the Patcham area of Brighton but whilst we are doing this we would like a full e commerce website with stock managment to be up and running.
We would like to have a very clean looking and easy to use site. We like the following websites as they are easy to use, clean looking and easy on the eye (we don't want any flashing or it too busy)
We would like our website to have a homepage with our logo at the top and our menu down the left hand side of the page, it will also have a search facility and a slow moving photo gallery image.
There are four colours we would like to use through out the website and they are light pastel Blue, light pastel Pink, Light pastel Lavender and light pastel grey. We will supply you with all our artwork, photo's and product photo's.
Additional to the product page we would like a contact page, a Birthday club page, Wish List page and Baby Shower page.
We will use payment through our streamline service and just need some software to go with this the bank recommended Protex, Secure Trading or Sec Pay.
Our main client base is parents to be, friends and family of parents and parents. However with our wish list service it can also be open to anyone who doesn't have children.
We would be looking at a timescale of 2 weeks.
