E-Commerce, SEO ,Creative Content Writing

Elements to be clarified with client as it may not be an ecommerce.

I have recently launched an online web design Company however I need help with the following project. I am looking for someone with a great experience in web design, ecommerce, SEO content writing and online marketing etc...as this project will require the all package therefore I would like to use the same person in the aim to provide a fast service and best result for a 100% client satisfaction!

ALL WORK should be done under my company name as well as all optimised content send to me for my client to view. The hosting Company should be fasthost ( we will chose the package - but I will be happy to get your advice on the best one ) A serious and effective research on this industry/competitors/internet should be undertaken.

The entire construction should be made available for the client to view from start to finish so he can comments and requests changes as we move along, testing must also be completed,

The project:

My client lives in the contryside and would like to set up a website in the order to advertise/sell all services and products . He wants a trendy, frensh site using lot of colours but the result should be very very modern and stylish, professional and easy to navigate with a very a great functionality. He will provide all materials such as images, some of the written content etc... to cut the story short he knows what he wants however he needs an internet expert in design, ecommerce and standard online marketing. The site should be ready to be launched in 3 weeks time exactly!

Standard features for this kind of industry should be included however the must be features are as follow:
-Being able to sell ( through paypal )
-contact form
-automated email response
-basic statistics
-search section
-content management system ( not too advanced ) so he can make changes, prices, add pictures, etc...
-About 20 pages or less all fully optimised for search engines-increase ranking ( Some are already written only need professional correction and optimization )
-basic servey/comments section or a small questionnaire on where did clients find the site etc..
All work should be done from scratch! please.
-site submission to major search engines such as yahoo, google, excite and directories and many more!!!!! at least 300 to 400 submission ( targeted location may be require ) I will inform on that!

I would need someone passionate, professional with a lot of knowledge and determine to provide the best of results - I will also be happy to find the perfect long term business partner through this project.
