E-commerce project (small PHP/MySQL)

I am looking for a small e-commerce website to be developed.

I need full design and development of products based website, where people can buy or order online. (Paypal & Google checkout is also required)

I also need a web based control panel where I can update/ define/ new or previous products. Be able to define or change categories names and sub listing in categories.

System would also allow me to update or ad pictures of relevant categories, and if there is no or Nil value in stock (Data base) for any particular item, system will automatically shows “out of stock message”.

Budget not too much big so please consider while placing your bid offer.

I would highly appreciate if you can come up with some sample/portfolio of your self with any suggestion regarding this project.
