Develop a VIP membership for my website.

Please be advised that the website is based on Volusion platform. If you don't have any experience in Volusion, it might be better to check it out first. It is not different from the others but still you will need to make sure that is something you can do.

Customers will be able to become VIP if joined the newsletter list and
One of those conditions is fulfilled
1- made a one time purchase of $500
2- accumulated $100 myrewards.
3- have made 10 purchase in a 12 month period or less
4- recommended our store at 10 places with good feedback of products- requires proof.
5- invited minimum 5 friends to visit our store.
VIP members will receive special discount not available online.
They will receive free shipping
International customers will be able to purchase with discount shipping cost
I will need to be able to decide different discount levels depending on the customer's location if domestic from USA or International.
