Design and function amendments to basic ecommerce website

I am looking to have the following amendments made to our website;

1. Apply live customer chat code

2. Build custom branding option
(This will allow users to type in their own text or upload a logo)

3. Add price change for larger quantities
(the more the customer orders, the cheaper the unit becomes)

4. Add X to cart and get 25% off
(when a customer adds a product to their cart, it suggests to buy something else for a discounted price)

5. Automatically contact customers who do not complete checkout

6. Add logos to home page (design done)

7. Add three boxes on home page (design done)

8. Change colour of lower banner (design done)

9. Add one new page (design done)

10. Integrate basic content management for the home page.

Most of these changes can be made via the OScommerce control panel using addons. We are also looking for a monthely web manager to maintain the website which we can negotiate a fee on.

I am also needing another two basic eCommerce websites designed and would like to use the winning bidder for these jobs as well.
