Design and develop a category page for ecommerce

I need someone to redo my category page. The site is on OpenCart. I have a list of features that I need, but on top of that, I need someone who can design the site who has knowledge of SEO and ecommerce conversion best practices. I also need someone who will take the list of features that I need and implement them in a way that looks good. The changes will then need to be tested across multiple platforms to ensure they work properly.
