Customizing Opencart Website

Hi

I have website in Arabic Language and i want to customize some things on it :

In payment option i have now:PayPal and bank Transfer.

i want to add 2 other fields:

1) The title will be in arabic and when the customer choose it will forward him/here to thanks page.

2) The title will be in arabic and when the customer choose it will appear message that he/she will pay ( ) and the Bank account details will appear and when he/she click ok will forward him/here to thanks page.

Also I want to add SMS servic.

Also i want from any one who register on this website to add the address details in English.
