Customize Woocommerce customer order e-mail template

On the customer order email (to the vendor) customize the following fields:
Item No. (Product): (add an ‘s’ at the end of the product number for all categories except for WD)
Quantiy: (For Category WD only: divide quantity by 12, except item number: RD-0001 divide by 6 )
PO Number: Place PO number above Order Number
Move Shipping Address to the Left and Billing Address to the right
