Customising wp-ecommerce

Hi, we have a website with wp-ecommerce installed and we have a custom requirement on each game.
If you look at the image attached you will see each game is added with:
1. a choice of second games
2. a choice of mounting options
3. a choice of customised text.
The graphics for this is all done and we previously had this working using the variations control but htis became unworkable

So the task is:
1. populate the data in 1 and 2 from products that are already in the database, in their relevant categories
2. ensure the weight is passed to the cart
3. ensure the personalised text is passed to the cart
4. ensure the delivery cost is working in the cart with the table weights that are already entered
5. ensure all this data is sent in the confirmation email

I'm sure it'll be a breeze for the right person :-/
