Customised Joomla/Virtuemart Site

I need a Joomla site designed from my own designs that I have in PSD format. I can provide you with pre-sliced png files if needed. Some of the designs are attached as jpgs for visual reference, I have more page designs available to view. You will see the template design and some of the custom modules I require. This site will need to be made secure as it will be an ecommerce site. Site needs to be cross browser compatible.

I want the site to look exactly the same as my designs. Also any modules that are created should match the theme. I can provide image files so that you can get a clear idea of the modules I require from the image files.

Below is a description of the requirements needed:

Header
I want to be able to change the website header any time I want to. For example, change to seasonal themes as Google do. I am more than happy to change this in the CSS code. Every time I change the header I will direct the image source path to the new header image. The new header image will always be the same dimensions as the previous one. The header image will also have the font styler background bar merged into it.

Main Menu
I need the main menu to show drop down menus when you hover over a tab. This needs to be dynamic, I need to be able to add drop down menus and sub drop down menus whenever I choose.

I will also need a separate quick links menu to the left of the page that dynamically updates.

Date & Search Box
I want a dynamic functioning date and search box with search button.

Shopping Cart
I need full ecommerce features. I want no sign or trace of any Virtuemart or any other ecommerce branding on the site. I want to be able to put products or services on their own pages if I wish. I can again provide the required design of the product pages.

Email Newsletters
I want to be able to send out graphic rich newsletters by email to registered users. I’d also like the option of introducing discount codes whenever I choose and email them to registered users. I’m sure this is pretty straight forward automated process.


Accounts page
Also I need a feature that tracks customer orders so that clients can pull up the information when they want to see how their order is progressing or if they need to print off the invoice again.

Latest Offers
On the home page i would like a column with Latest Offers visible. I want to be able to add products there and for them to fit the layout I have designed. If a user wishes to read more they will click the link and it will then open up the product page.

Booking/Reserving Wedding Video
I want customers to be able to book and pay for a product/service through a booking system. The product page would have all the usual information about the product and would have an availability calendar on the page also. Dates unavailable would be dynamically highlighted and updated when purchased.
As soon as a customer decides on a date that would be available he/she would then click on the date and tick the products they want with the extras (if any) they choose and proceed to checkout.

When in checkout I need a contract complete with terms and conditions to appear. The customer would need to fill out and digitally sign/acknowledge the contract before printing or having it automatically emailed to them. I would also need to receive a copy.

Crew Hire Quote Form
This page is basically a contact form. The only difference is the information that needs to be input needs to be spread over various tabs. An example can be seen here http://www.bookacrew.co.uk/step1.htm.
If you click on the tabs I don’t want it to redirect you to another page, I want it to be just a tab that changes on the same page like the example.

Video Portfolio
This page will look and function just like youtube.com. There will be video descriptions, viewer ratings, view counts and viewer comments. It will look similar to my example but I do want to change the layout so please be aware of this. Videos will come in different sizes so I need the template to accommodate these changes. Some video will be 640x480 and others will be 320x240.
I would also like the video skin I have designed to be made to function if this is possible?

Sitemap
A sitemap will be needed and it will need to dynamically update when I add pages.

Magazine Space Purchase
I’m not sure if this has ever been done before. What I need is a virtual magazine that displays ad space that is for sale. This could be made in flash or something, it needs to be visual. Clients would pick the page and the ad space they want to purchase and how long for and would then proceed to checkout. In checkout they will fill out another contract with terms and conditions like in the above booking section and it will be emailed to them and myself. This would need to be discussed with me throughout the design process.

Print Calculators
Customers would pick elements from the calculator and the calculator would work out a price based on their requirements. Example http://www.saxoprint.co.uk/Shop02/Main.aspx?p=flyer. Once the customer is happy they can place and pay for the order through checkout. A contract/terms and conditions would probably be needed here too.

Banner Ads
I would very much like for clients to also be able to buy banner space on my site, rotating dynamic ads.
