Custom Open Cart 2 Template And Functionallity

General information for the website: We sell custom framed prints
Description of every page/module: 1) Create a custom responsive opencart template using the designs provided.
2) Customise the filters module to allow combinations, the same as how magento filters work.
3) Customise the filters module to allow the use of images as selectable options, e.g. Colour swatches
Description of requirements/features: We need a custom responsive theme creating for Open Cart with an additional modification to the product filters functionality so that it works more like the Magento filters.

You will also need to allow for multiple filter selections.

We have modified the product options feature of open cart to allow changing of product images on the product page when different product option combinations are selected, you will need to maintain this functionality and integrate it into the template.

We are using the very latest version of Open Cart 2.0.2.0
CMS and Admin requirements: The swatch images must be settable from the admin.
Specific technologies required: PHP, MySql, Javascript, HTML, Opencart
