I need a modification written to CS-Cart that would make any user we assign to a user group to agree to our Terms & Conditions before they are granted access.
We have a user group named 'Service Partner' that receives special pricing and access to protected files.
But before any user in this group can access these member-only features, we want to force them to agree to a simple Terms & Conditions page before they can access it.
Ideally, a user would be created through the website or through the administration panel. The user could request access to the 'Service Partner' Group, or the administrator can grant them membership. The next time the user logs in, I need them to put a checkmark in a box that says they agree to the Terms & Conditions before they can proceed any further.
I would think that this could be an extra column in the users table that shows whether or not they have agreed to the T&C's. If not, then the website would force them to agree. The reason for this is if we need to terminate a user's membership in the 'Service Partner' user group, we can state that they violated the T&C's that we made them agree to before they received special pricing or protected file access.
