Create Wordpress site that sells and delivers an online training course

It should be integrated with my Aweber account and 1ShoppingCart or similar.

I will upload all the content myself but need it created as per the attached description and need all the technical functionality to work including the automated emails from Aweber. I will draft the text for the emails but need you to make it all work including the generation of a username and password once the person signs up, just like with the Flip Your LIfe program at this link: http://www.flipyourlife.net/
