Create SEO friendly URLs in OpenCart themed site

Description of every page/module: Our website: justloxx.com needs SEO friendly URLs. Please note that the site has an SSL certificate and that needs to be maintained.

Also you need to be aware of the site speed as it is moving nicely at the moment, so we don't want that compromised.
Description of requirements/features: In your proposal, please outline what you will change some of the links into. For example, how will this link: http://justloxx.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=28 look after you have made it SEO friendly.

This bit is important, so proposals will be immediately rejected if you're not able to demonstrate the structure of the links once you have finished your work.
