Complete Ebay shop design with listing template and product upload system

I am looking for somebody to design a dynamic custom ebay shop with listing template and product file upload system. This will be a brand new shop selling tyres. I need somebody creative and skillful in order to do a quality job and do it right first time round. Please have a look at the attachment for a full brief of the work required. Please provide other work you have done in the past. There could be ongoing work for the right person as there are other things that i will require doing in the near future like tweaks and additions to my website, creating a backend (job tracking & allocating) system, PO and invoice system.
