Classifieds System Needed - URGENT

Classifieds system needed to sit inside an existing Wordpress Theme. Similar to ClassiPress in nature.

The system needs to allow users to post ads and pay a fee for doing so.

The system needs to be customisable so that fees can be set on a per category & per length of ad basis or promotions (free listing days etc.) can be accommodated * additional fees can be charged for \"featured ads\" or other enchanced services to be discussed.

Must be template based and fully customisable so HTML & CSS changes can be made to keep in line with any changes to the main site.

Must include a \"search\" facility so users can search for local ads.

PayPal integration preferred.

Must use existing WordPress user-tables for a single sign on experience accross the whole site.

Full tech-sheet will be provided on acceptance of the job.
