Description of requirements/features: I would like to add the following things to my website.
1. I would like to add a gallery to the Sparkles page
2. I would like to add a gray , hair thin, line under the header.
3. I would like to add a custom image in the about page that can appear behind the text and be anchored under the navigation bar
4. I would like to remove the excess scroll on the home page.
Extra notes: The gallery can require a modification of code to add images, just add instructions
