Build a web page

Make an attractive web landing page that will collect emails and send a free ebook and a form when an email address and name is given. A further 4 email need to be sent to the names and email addresses at monthly intervals with the form.

There will need to be a customer service email address for customers to access me.

The wording of the landing page , the free ebook, the test form will all be provided but all documents will need improving to look more professional.
