1) Solve the error message that I currently have in Magento 2.3.1 is that the backups in both the extension manager and in Magento upgrade do not work.

Warning: stat(): stat failed for /home/u31710p26871/domains/denli.eu/public_html/store/vendor/magento/module-offline-shipping/view/fr in /home/u31710p26871/domains/denli.eu/public_html/store/vendor/magento/framework/Archive/Tar.php on line 320
2) Execute the outstanding Updates in extensionmanager, No upgrade to magento 2.3.2.
