Apply Design and Create Menus to Ecommerce Site

To create an ecommerce website asap, based on the oscommerce system from psd files supplied. We have a heavily modified version of OSCommerce which is installed already. We need to have the design which can be supplied as PSD and PDF files applied to this site. The design must utilise the functions of the back office (ie banners and the menus must not be hard coded.) This is an urgent job so please let us know when you can start and finish the work.
