Adobe Fireworks PNG Template To Responsive Magento Theme Conversion & integration

Only Service providers with skills and experience in Design with Adobe Fireworks toll will be prefered because our Template has been designed using Adobe Fireworks CS 6.

Shop System Requirements:

We need the services of a Expert Responsive Front End Developer + Magento Developer who has at least 5 years experience in responsive front end development and magento commerce shop system.

We will provide the template Design IN Adobe Fireworks Layered PNG format and the developer need to convert the template design into CSS3+HTML5+Jquery+Javascript and integrate it into latest Magento Community Edition and he must not edit/update magento core files which restrict us from upgrading of magento engine and its default built in extension in the future.
