A website need to be developed for my new e-commerce business

I am wanting a website developed for my new e-commerce business. My target market is visually impaired and disabled customers, so the website needs to be highly accessible and useable for screen reader and keyboard navigation.

The website will need to be based on a content management system. The attached features and functionaility spreadsheet list the details. I am visually impaired myself, so the administration of the website nees to be accessible using a screen reader and keyboard. The development process will need my input to ensure that useability and accessibility is correct. Developer will need to advise and guide regarding keyword usage and SEO considerations.
