Xemplo Implementation

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist our business in implementing and effectively utilising Xemplo to support onboarding and employee inductions. This role is not focused on managing recruitment activities, but rather on assisting with the distribution of recruitment-related inductions and maintaining accurate records throughout the onboarding process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR technology best practices and a proven track record of successful Xemplo implementations. Your responsibilities will include guiding our team through the system setup, training staff on the platform, and ensuring a smooth transition to Xemplo. A key component of the role will be managing and tracking onboarding and induction materials to ensure safety, compliance, and accurate record-keeping.
