WIP system

I manufacture car mats.

Each set has an individual unique barcode which tells us the sale origin of the mat (eg eBay/amazon/trade customer)

There are 4 steps to the production

Cutting
Sewing
Clipping
Dispatch

At each step the operator will scan the mats with their own scanner.

I need a few outcomes that can easily be calculated at anytime during the production shift:

- [ ] How many each sales origin inputed to the system that day
- [ ] What mats DID NOT leave and from which sales Origin
- [ ] How many mats each operator processes daily
- [ ] Total mats dispatched

- [ ] Maybe a running total for each operator live during the production that I can display on a screen.
