Website to HTML

Hi,

I would like to copy this entire page, html and css, so I can edit it in dreamweaver. also needs PHP development due to database.

Including the entire community login, which is the registration process and all its functionality and content. All in html and css so it can be edited.
The login must be secure, so I can add files documents etc. that are only accessible by members. A database! People should go through the login process, but eventually need to be approved by the administrator to get access to the database.

Important you understand this also means php development for database.
Also I need the entire page, dynamic pages etc. It's not only html and CSS!
You also need to create 2 admin panels for the events menu's.

I think there are more then 20 pages and it's extensive..

I estimate arround € 450,-, but I could mail you the site if you mail me.
