Webscraper to scrape an online newspaper archive

I need a webscraper for a research project I am working on. My research is about acid attacks in India. I need a scraper to retrieve all headlines from the Times Of India online archives (I only want headlines between 2018 and 2002) which have the word 'acid' in them. Preferred export format is excel but pdf or csv etc. are okay too. Thank you.
