Web SQL Database

Description: I need a sql database to analyze data for my dissertation. The data will come from 9 different data sources. The database will need to have approximately 33 tables. Approximately 10,000 files will be loaded into the database. Highly secure. Need the ability to load an xml or excel file to populate the data. The database will need to be internet accessible, I would like it to be hosted on rackspace. Once a file is uploaded to the database it should be able to match the table elements even if they are in a different format. Users will have username and pw, they will need to load their data and run reports(xml or excel format).
