Web Scraping of Case Files from Online Database

I would like to extract all data from the registers available here: https://londontribunals.org.uk/

A full document on the exact requirements is attached which explains which data is required. Once the data is extracted, please provide the script and source code so we can run the jobs in future.

Summary of requirements:
1. 2 CSV files are required from each data source (1. ETA.csv and 2. RUCA.csv)
2. A script or instructions to re-run the job in future (preferably a bat file to run on windows)
3. The date ranges are:
> ETA 28 April 2021 - 22 July 2021
> RUCA 09 January 2021 - 22 July 2021
