Web Based MS Access Database Viewer and Editor

We have an MS Access Database on our web server and we would like to access and edit it via a web browser instead of opening and playing with the raw database.

The web based editor would require all the database fields to be shown in a textbox which can be edited and saved. The possibility of scrolling through records would also need to be added.

We would also require a login screen with username and password. A web based admin page would also be required so we can add and remove users and passwords and create different privaledge levels. Eg, certain user accounts can edit data and certain accounts cannot edit data.

We would also need a printing function to print fields from the database onto paper.
