Transfer MS Access database to hosted website (MySQL / PHP)

As a teacher and IT coordinator, I have designed an MS Access database which is currently running at the school where I work.
I have copyrighted and want to market the product (which evaluates student progress), and will need to be able to support it from home as a web hosted site.
The current database may not be particularly efficient in its design but is completely effective and has been praised during an Ofsted visit.
There are about 20 tables covering pupils, subjects, classes, school terms, staff etc. The site uses forms for data entry/revision, and these forms include subforms, tabs and command buttons for charts and print pages. A screen dump of the main page is attached.
I would like a fully interactive website which would be accessed by the client at the click of a button, but which would initially be serviced and updated by someone with very modest programming skills (me!!).
In the event that I make a success of the project, then it is likely that future maintenance and updated would be required.
In the meantime, I am seeking a fixed price quote for setting up the website.
