Hi, I have a number of sites loaded into a TP-Link Omada setup. This was on an old computer, which got reset. I have a backup of the files stored on that PC, however I do not have a 'formal' backup from the Omada utility itself, just the config files that the utility stored. I have tried downloading the utility and placing the old config files in the relevant folder, but it wont open when I do this or just suggests there is an issue with the Mongo DB. I have tried this with an old version of the Omada utility, too. Someone has successfully completed this project before, but tried to extort me for more money once completed, hence looking for someone else to do the work!

Could you please confirm which version of the Omada Controller your previous setup was using, and whether you still have access to the full Omada data directory (including the MongoDB and backup folders)? This will help me determine the best way to restore your configuration successfully.
