Test Certifications with customer history

Hi

I am looking for an excel solution to creating our test certificates.

We currently create the certificates on excel, and the items on there are inspected again at 6 month or 12monthly intervals. This mean at the moment our engineers print out the last certs and check them against the current inspection and then someone manually amends them.

I would like to be able to print the last certs in a more suitable format for the engineers to use on site, and then in return convert this new list into a new certificate(s). The number of items on a certificate can go into the hundreds.

I've attached a copy of our current certificate, this is what the final output would need to look like, but also currently we create one cert at a time, I would obviously like it to create as many pages as required.
