Supoport creating an Excel Dashboard- need it back in 12 hours.

I have an excel that I want to pull an excel dashboard from well 2. One project specific and one as a labour overview as whole. All data is there just needs to be turned into dashboards. This needs to be done today if possible. I tried but I am not creative enough and cant make it all link. I have the project specifc but want one for a view of all jobs. say what ws worked on in week 2 and where the spread of hours went etc. . I have uploaded a picture of how I wanted the idea to look.
