Stored Procedure setup on MY SQL

we need an automated daily process that moves data from SQL Server to MySQL using stored procedures, ensuring that the MySQL database stays synchronized with the SQL Server database

The SQL server is hosted at clients location and our SQL server is hosted on AWS

We have created a script that synchronises the data from the remote DB to our DB but it fails after synching about 1000 records out of 5000

Need someone who experience in stored procedures
