I have attached a document with the detail. In summary I need a stored procedure that I would pass a series parameter to that will update a field in a one to many table to re-rank scores that are tied based on logic.

You could have a situation where many are tied and these need to broken by lining the scores up for each highest to lowest and changing the rank where there is a break between them. Examples provided.
