Spreadsheet programme that forecasts Poker hands based on set probabilities

I am looking for a programme that forecasts the outcomes of poker hands based on the assumptions of probability of winning hands - the poker hands are to be based around the 5 card draw model game and 7 card texas hold em games - I also want the facillity to do a basic game of five cards dealt with no exchanges. The programme will work off the assumptions that players play to odds that their hands have - I do not want to simulate stakes - I am trying to calculate the probability of the number of winning hands by the score eg pair, two pair, three of a kind etc. I want the model to be able to be flexed with the number of players in a table.
